A possible field trip on Saturday, May 8th, to the HMQS. Mark your calendars now. Anyone care to carpool?
In May we'll be having a catch up night on our regular quilt night.

April's Show-n-Tell
We've been busy it seems. Look at how the mystery quilts are turning out along with other projects that are nearly finished.

Playing catch up
People have been busy this month and for the past 2 as well. I've uploaded the pictures--just click on the little sew-n-sew link at the bottom of this post. Let me know if there are problems viewing.

Fruit Dip Recipe
Okay, here's the recipe:
3 Gala or Honeycrisp apples (cored & peeled)
1 cup strawberries
3- kiwis (ripe)
2 T Orange Juice
1/8 to 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 T raspberry jam
Chop the fruit until fine, but still somewhat chunky (not pureed), I used my food processor. Mix with other ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
About 8-10 flour tortillas
Cut tortillas into chip size, dip in melted butter (optional), then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over them. Arrange on cookie sheet, do not overlap. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Makes about 8-10 servings.
I doubled my recipe for quilt night, but only did 6 tortillas - probably could have used more.
Okay, now it is every one else's turn!
